Board of Directors

The Company’s Board of Directors is made up of seven (7) members.

Directors are elected at the Company’s General Meeting, for a unified term of office of two (2) years, whereby a maximum of three (3) consecutive reelections are permitted. Members may be removed from office at any time.

In Banrisul since 1979, he was the head of the following departments: Real Estate, Risk Management, Finance, Commercial (Retail) and Organization and Methods; as well as Regional Superintendent. In charge of the Committees of Technology and Business, Funding and Resource Allocation and Economic Management, and member of the Commercial Credit Management and Corporate Risk Committees. Fiscal Council

The Company shall have a permanent Fiscal Council comprised of three (3) members and an equal number of alternates elected annually at the General Meeting. They must necessarily reside in Brazil, have a higher education degree or have held for a minimum period of three (03) years, the position of business administrator or fiscal council member.
